Two RHPs, Not Three: A Promoter Exit and a Debt Paydown

Rebuilt from the full Red Herring Prospectuses rather than SEBI's Abridged Prospectus, which the earlier version relied on. Two genuine RHPs, not three: one is a promoter exit where the company receives nothing, the other raises fresh capital chiefly to pay down debt, and the third document turns out not to be an RHP at all.

Correction to the earlier version of this piece

An earlier version of this article said all three documents "contained only table of contents and definitions sections, with substantive industry analysis and financial detail withheld or incomplete."

That was wrong, and the error was ours, not the companies'. We had read the Abridged Prospectus — the thin summary SEBI links in the page heading — rather than the full Red Herring Prospectus, which SEBI hosts separately and embeds in the filing page. The full documents run 568 and 535 pages and contain complete Objects of the Offer, Industry Overview and Risk Factors sections. Nothing was withheld.
