• Investor Intelligence: angel investors receive structured, system-generated verdicts — INVEST or PASS — with signal scores, irreversibles, and thesis analysis, for informational and self-assessment purposes only.
• Founder Teardown: founders receive a score, benchmark, slide-by-slide feedback, and fund matches based on their pitch deck, for informational and self-assessment purposes only.
• Raise Ready: a structured 8-week advisory engagement covering signal audit, narrative clarity, investor matching, and term sheet preparation. Raise Ready is a preparation and education service — it is not a placement service, not a fundraising brokerage, and does not guarantee introductions, meetings, or funding outcomes of any kind.

Nothing on this website — including verdicts, scores, irreversibles, thesis lenses, Teardowns, Matches, slide feedback, Raise Ready reports, signal audits, or any other output — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, securities advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or solicit any security or interest in any entity.

We are not registered as Investment Advisers under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. The Service should not be construed as advisory activity regulated thereunder. Investors should conduct their own due diligence. Founders should consult qualified professionals before making any fundraising, financial, or legal decision.

Verdicts, scores, irreversibles, fund matches, Teardown reports, and slide-level feedback are generated by automated systems including large language models and statistical models. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or judgments that a human investor would disagree with. Outputs are probabilistic, not predictive. You are solely responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

Raise Ready deliverables incorporate system-assisted analysis alongside human review. They represent our structured assessment at a point in time and should not be treated as definitive investment readiness certifications.

For investors: the Service does not guarantee that an INVEST verdict will produce a positive return, or that a PASS verdict accurately identifies a poor investment. Calibration records are informational only.

For founders — Teardown: the Service does not raise capital, make introductions, contact investors on your behalf, or guarantee meetings, term sheets, or funding of any kind.

For founders — Raise Ready: the engagement prepares you to raise. It does not raise for you. Fundraising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, fund mandates, your traction, and investor discretion. Completing the engagement does not guarantee funding, investor introductions, or a term sheet.

Names of venture capital funds, accelerators, and other third parties referenced on this website or in any output (including but not limited to Peak XV, Accel, Lightspeed, Elevation, Blume, and Stellaris) are used solely for descriptive and analytical purposes. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or commercial relationship with Aletheia or Berries Financial Advisory Services. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

Use of the Service — including the Raise Ready engagement — does not create any advisory, agency, fiduciary, broker-dealer, or attorney-client relationship between you and Aletheia or Berries Financial Advisory Services.

You represent that you have the right to share any material you upload, and that uploaded materials do not infringe third-party rights or contain non-public personal data of others without lawful basis.

Any commentary about market sizes, growth rates, retention benchmarks, investor behaviour, or fundraising dynamics is based on publicly available information and pattern analysis as of the date generated and is subject to change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aletheia and Berries Financial Advisory Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its outputs — including Raise Ready deliverables.
