Payments & billing.
All payments on AletheiaAI are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
We never receive or store your card number, CVV, or bank credentials. All payment data is handled directly by Razorpay and is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
For payment disputes or receipt queries, email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID (sent in your confirmation email). We respond within one business day.
Refund timelines are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Razorpay.
