AletheiaAI is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. There is no courier, no tracking number, no physical waiting period.
When delivery happens.
On successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, your Raise Pass or Deep Dive is activated in your account immediately. The 30-day window starts at the moment of activation. A confirmation email lands in your registered inbox within a few minutes.
The Teardown report typically generates within 90–180 seconds of deck upload. The Matches panel takes 2–4 minutes. Both render automatically — no manual delivery step.
If something is missing.
If the confirmation email has not arrived 15 minutes after payment, check your spam folder. If still missing, email amit@berriesadvisory.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We resolve within 1 business day, usually faster.
Access window.
30 calendar days from the moment of activation. Your dashboard shows the exact expiry date and time. We do not extend the window for unused Teardowns.
