Delivery Policy.

A digital service.
Aletheia is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. There is no courier, no tracking number, no physical waiting period. All deliverables are sent electronically to your registered email address or made available in your dashboard.
When access is activated.
On successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, your pass or plan is activated in your account immediately. A confirmation email lands in your registered inbox within a few minutes.
Investors — verdict delivery.
Submit a deal via the intake form or inbound email. The verdict — INVEST or PASS, signal score, three irreversibles, thesis lens — is generated and available in your dashboard within 24 hours of submission. You also receive an email notification when the verdict is ready.
Founders — Teardown delivery.
Upload your deck via the founder portal. The Teardown report (score, benchmark, slide-by-slide feedback) generates within 24 hours. The Matches panel (fund matching) is included in the same 24 hour window. Both render automatically in your dashboard — no manual delivery step is required.
The 30-day access window starts at the moment of pass activation. Your dashboard shows the exact expiry date and time. We do not extend the window for unused Teardowns.
Founders — Raise Ready delivery.
Raise Ready is a structured 8-week engagement. Delivery is as follows:
- Application response: we respond to every application within 24 hours on business days to confirm scope and next steps.
- Engagement start: the engagement begins within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Deliverables: written reports, signal audit, investor list, and narrative feedback are delivered progressively over the engagement period. The final compiled report is sent by end of week 8.
- Delivery format: all deliverables are sent to your registered email address as structured written documents (PDF or equivalent).
If we are unable to begin the engagement within the stated window due to our capacity, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer a revised start date or a full refund.
If something is missing.
If the confirmation email has not arrived 15 minutes after payment, check your spam folder. If still missing, email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID. We resolve within 1 business day, usually faster.
If a verdict, Teardown, or Raise Ready deliverable has not arrived within the times above, email us with your submission or engagement details. We investigate and respond within 1 business day.
