AletheiaAI is a product of BERRIES FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES (“AletheiaAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in India at Flat 16, Malad Satikar CHS Ltd, Near Police Station, Malad West, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra — 400064. These terms govern your use of the AletheiaAI website and service.

We provide software that scores the fundability of early-stage startups and critiques pitch decks using AI. The diagnostic, the pitch-deck Teardown, and the investor panel are critique tools. They are not investment advice, not a guarantee of investor interest, and not a promise of any specific fundraising outcome.

You create an account using your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your account secure. You may not share your account with another person.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — your pitch deck, your diagnostic answers, your company data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to process your content solely to deliver the service you paid for.

We do not use your deck or your answers to train AI models. Content sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) is subject to their zero-data-retention terms on API traffic.

A Raise Pass (₹4,999) or Deep Dive (₹12,999) is a 30-day access window starting on the date of purchase. Top-ups (₹999 for 3 Teardowns) are consumable credits that do not extend the pass window. Nothing auto-renews. When the window ends, paid features lock unless you purchase another pass.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service.
• Re-sell or redistribute our reports as your own work.
• Upload pitch decks or content you don’t have rights to.
• Use the service to build a competing product.
• Attempt to circumvent payment, paywall, or rate limits.

Investor outcomes, fundraise success, or decisions you make based on our output. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or ₹4,999, whichever is lower.

We rely on Razorpay (payments), Convex (database), Anthropic (AI model), and Vercel (hosting). Their availability and terms affect ours. We are not liable for outages or errors caused by these providers.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to your registered address with at least 7 days’ notice. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
